Responsibilities
  • The Server is responsible for providing food and beverage service to Members and their Guests while consistently displaying a positive attitude with knowledge about the food and beverage menu
  • Work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure Member/Guest satisfaction and retention
  • Responsible for food and beverage service to Members and guests, adhering to the company standards of service
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials
  • Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club
  • Take orders and fulfill them in a timely manner

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions
  • Comfort working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments

Line Cook

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has experience in upscale dining or high-volume kitchens, maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and is passionate about quality and consistency. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen areas during and after service.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all food items.
  • Assist with food prep and production as needed for events, banquets, and daily service.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and club policies.

Golf Services Attendant

Responsibilities
  • The Golf Services Attendant is key in creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests by providing excellent first impressions
  • This role involves greeting golfers at the bag drop area or cart room, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout their visit
  • Transport golf bags from the storage area or member vehicles to carts, and vice versa after play
  • Keep the work area neat and organized at all times
  • Stock carts with necessary items such as towels, golf tees, and coolers
  • Offer exceptional customer service and helpful information to members and guests
  • Assist with retrieving stray carts when needed
  • Perform additional duties as requested by managers or supervisors

Dishwasher

Responsibilities
  • Manages the flow of the dishes used in food preparation and plating for guest
  • Washes and cleans all food service utensils, plates, glasses and serving ware as well as pots and pans used to prepare food.
  • Other job duties as specified by the Chef, General Manager or Food and Beverage Manager.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work in Heat and Cold; Constant use of water and hands emerged in water
  • Ability to move freely about the kitchen area; stand and stoop for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
